Guiding You Through Every Step of Your Recovery
Core Aliveness Recovery supports the whole person—emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. Recovery is about far more than simply stopping the use of substances. It is about rebuilding a life that feels honest, connected, meaningful, and sustainable.
Many people find themselves caught in painful patterns they genuinely want to change, yet continue repeating despite their best intentions. Working with a recovery coach can provide the structure, support, accountability, and compassionate guidance needed to begin creating lasting change.
The goal is not simply abstinence.
The deeper goal is to reconnect with yourself in a way that makes life feel worth living again.
About Core Aliveness
The name Core Aliveness reflects what I believe recovery is ultimately about: reclaiming the part of ourselves that addiction, trauma, shame, grief, or emotional pain often disconnects us from.
For many years, I searched for approaches that supported not only sobriety, but deeper healing and emotional honesty. One of the most influential experiences in my own journey was training with Ann Bradney, founder of the Radical Aliveness Institute in Southern California. In 2012, I completed her four-year certification training program, which deeply shaped the way I understand healing, recovery, emotional expression, and human connection.
That work emphasized something I had experienced personally: recovery is not simply about controlling behavior. It is about learning how to reconnect with ourselves, our emotions, our bodies, our relationships, and our capacity to feel fully alive again.
The name Core Aliveness grew out of that understanding.
Today, my coaching approach integrates lived recovery experience, professional counseling training, mindfulness-based practices, emotional support, body-centered awareness, and practical recovery tools that help people create meaningful and sustainable change.
I believe people heal best in environments where they feel safe, understood, respected, and supported—not judged or shamed.
And I believe recovery becomes much more possible when people no longer have to carry everything alone.

Who This is For
You might be sober-curious, newly sober, navigating a relapse, or years into recovery and wanting something more. Wherever you are, this is a space where you can be honest about what’s working, what’s not, and what you truly need next.
How We Work Together
Together, we focus on what will actually move your life forward.
We'll clarify what matters most to you and translate that into a program tailored to your needs with realistic, action steps. Alongside that structure, I integrate mindfulness and body-based practices to help you regulate stress, process emotions, and feel more grounded in your day-to-day life.
This isn’t about pushing harder—it’s about learning how to respond differently. As we work, you’ll begin to build resilience, shift old patterns, and develop a steadier sense of confidence and self-trust.
At the Core
Recovery is not just about stopping a behavior. It’s about reconnecting with yourself in a way that feels real and sustainable.
My role is to support you with both skill and care—so you can move forward with clarity, stability, and a deeper sense of aliveness.

My journey with Marielle has been wonderful. It has been a deeply profound experience for me. My abilities have grown and developed exponentially. I have learned to honor the wisdom of the body, as well as the very deepest desires of my heart. I have grown into greater self-love and self-acceptance. My life has changed because of this.
